• Stand on your toes while bending forward.
• Make sure the fold comes from the hips, and not from the back.
• Bring the fingertips in line with the toes and press the palms flat.
• Bring your weight a little bit forward into the balls of your feet so that your hips stay over the ankles.
• Let your head hang.

Bharadvaja’s Twist (Seated Twist)
The right side of the body is next to the back of the chair. Plant your feet flat on the floor with heels under knees

Utkatasana (Chair Pose)
• Bend the knees until the thighs are almost parallel to the floor.
• Keep the butt low.
• Bring the arms up towards the ceiling.
• Bring a slight back bend into the upper back.
• Hold 5-10 breaths
• Make the heart beat faster, increasing the circulation of blood flow throughout the body and prompting the skin to sweat out impurities.
• Lengthens and strengthens the thigh muscles.
Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose)
• Sit next to a wall with the side of your body on the wall and your knees bent into the chest.
• Bring the lower back onto the floor while bringing the legs up the wall. Keep the upper body supported with the elbows on the floor.
• Slowly release the elbows and lower the whole back down to the floor.
• To come out, bring the knees into your chest and roll to your side.

• Bend the neck and place the chin on the knees. Continue to maintain the asana, breathing normally.

Rest in Child’s Pose at any time if you get tired or out of breath.
• Stand straight with the feet about 1 foot apart. Cover your face with your palms and breathe deeply ten times followed by rubbing your face, forehead and cheeks. Again breathe deeply ten times and rub the entire face with your fingers.
